Srinagar- Two people on Thursday were taken ill after consuming a feast at a marriage function in North Kashmir’s Baramulla district.
The incident took place in the Singhpora area of the district when nearly a dozen guests complained of health issues after consuming wazwan during a marriage ceremony, reports said.
It is suspected that the guests were taken ill after consuming contaminated food.
All the people, reports said, were removed to the government medical college (GMC) Baramulla for treatment. Their condition is said to be stable.
Meanwhile, the police have taken cognizance of the incident and started further investigation.
