SrinagarBuoyed by the success and adulations of last edition, the organisers of Wullar Premier League are all set to organise the second edition next month.
Sports Association Tarzoo have confirmed that the second edition of Wullar Premier League will begin in March.
A premier tournament in Sopore, Wullar Premier League became an instant hit last year with crowd thronging to the ground to watch some of the valleys top cricketers in action. According to the organisers, the tournament will be played on robin round cum knockout basis at Sheikh Ul Alam sports stadium Tarzoa Sopore.
They said that a total number of 32 teams will vie for the title glory.
Organisers have announced that cash price of two lakh will be awarded to the winning team while as runners up team will get richer by one lakh rupees.
The organisers have lined up many an individual awards to felicitate top performers during the course of the tournament.
Kashmir Gymkhana were the winners last year.
