Pattan: A large number of People from different areas of Pattan town on Wednesday participated in a Public Darbar held at ITI Building by Police and Civil administration.
The Darbar was chaired by Deputy Commissioner Baramulla Dr. Nasir Ahmad Naqash and SSP Baramulla Mir Imtiyaz Hussain.
Public related issues particularly burning of schools were seriously discussed for which district administration sought cooperation and help from people, an official told CNS.
The locals attending the Darbar demanded that students who are supposed to appear in the examinations should be released. The officials assured them that students will be released and will be allowed to appear in the examinations. (CNS)
