Srinagar: In an attempt to end her life, a 22 year old girl (name with held) and resident of Abiguzar, Srinagar allegedly set herself ablaze at her home. She was shifted to SMHS hospital Srinagar where she succumbed to her burn injuries.
According to a statement, Srinagar Police has registered a case FIR number 42/2014 under section 309 RPC and investigation is on. The body of deceased girl was hand over to her relatives for last rites.
