SRINAGAR: Muslim League chairman Mushtaq-ul-Islam was Thursday rearrested soon after his release from Central Jail, Srinagar.
Mushtaq-ul-Islam, who was undergoing detention under 11th PSA in Central Jail, was on Thursday released under court orders but rearrested after a few minutes of his release near main gates of the jail, a party spokesman said.
The spokesman termed re-arrest an act of vendetta. The puppets of New Delhi are using draconian laws like PSA against the pro-freedom leaders, including Mushtaq-ul-Islam to get rewards from their masters sitting in New Delhi, he said.
