JAMMU: Chief Secretary Madhav Lal Wednesday asked administrative secretaries to ensure that requisite funds are allocated to the executing units in time so that development programmes are completed as per schedule.”While framing DPRs each and every aspect including its engineering and capacity building should be taken into consideration so that projects get executed smoothly” he added.
Chairing the periodic Committee of Secretaries (COS) meeting here, Chief Secretary called on administrative secretaries to mobilize field functionaries to improve service delivery. He also stressed on education, health and engineering departments to expedite the process of referring vacancies to the recruitment board.
The committee also discussed matters pertaining to extension of national optical fiber network to block level and various other administrative matters.
