Srinagar – To address the bottlenecks for smooth plying of traffic at Pantha Chowk, Divisional Commissioner, Kashmir, Dr. Asgar Hassan Samoon chaired a meeting of officers here today.
The meeting was convened to ensure widening the road length of 750 meter from Pantha Chowk to Zewan.
Among others, Deputy Commissioner, Srinagar, . Baseer Ahmad Khan, Commissioner, Srinagar Municipal Corporation, Dr. G.N. Qasba, Superintending Engineer, Circular Road, Executive Engineer R&B and Chief Town Planner attended the meeting.
It was given out in the meeting that as many as 231 shops coming under the alignment of road widening shall be rehabilitated and steps in this regard shall be taken soon, besides 53 households being affected shall be rehabilitated at Khanmoh.
