Srinagar – According to Chief Engineer Project Beacon, the Srinagar- Sonamarg-Gui road is likely to be closed for vehicular traffic from October 31, 2012.
Accordingly all the concerned including public/ tourist and transporters are requested not to ply their vehicles beyond Gagangir on Srinagar-Gui road after October 31 without checking BRO advisories, which shall be on their own risk.
