Srinagar – A condolence meeting was held at the CID headquarters here today to express sympathy with B. Srinivas, IPS, IGP CID J&K over the death of his father, B. Sadananda Rao.
Senior Rao breathed his last in a Hyderabad hospital Wednesday morning after brief illness.
The officers & staff of CID expressed their heartfelt condolences for the bereaved family and prayed for eternal peace of the departed soul.
About two hundred officers and other staff of all the wings of the departments, CIK and Special Branch expressed their solidarity with the bereaved family. The condolence meet was held under the chairmanship of N.D. Wani DIG, CID.
