Govt Orders Closure of Educational Institutions in Kashmir on Friday

Srinagar: Fearing widespread anti-American protests, divisional administration in Kashmir Thursday announced closure of all educational institutions on Friday as a precautionary measure.
An official of the divisional administration said all schools shall remain closed tomorrow (Friday) as a precautionary measure.

Kashmir observed a complete strike on Tuesday and witnessed widespread protests against the anti-Islam video and there is apprehension that there might be major protests tomorrow after the Friday congregational prayers as new French caricatures poking fun at holy Prophet of Islam have added fuel to fire.
