Srinagar Jammu and Kashmir Bank team and Jammu and Kashmir Police XI were involved in a goalless draw in the premier division of State Football League 2017 played at TRC Synthetic Turf Ground on Tuesday.
In the A-Division fixture, FC Views also played a goalless draw against Al-Bilal Footbvall Club and Safaloo Football thrashed Young Iqbal 4-0 in a lopsided fixture of Super Division league.
In the first A-Division match, played at Polo Ground, FC Views played a goalless draw against Al Bilal FC. Both the teams got several opportunities to score, but wasted them to end with a scoreline reading teams at stalemate at 0-0.
In a Super-Division match played at Synthetic Turf TRC, Safaloo FC defeated Young Iqbal 4-0. Zubair opened the account for Safaloo FC in the 33rd minute of the game. Altaf Rashid scored 2nd and 3rd goal in 40th and 48th minute respectively. Last goal scored by Javid Ahmad in the 55th minute.
J& K Bank XI played a goalless draw against J&K Police XI. Both the team got several chances to score but wasted all those to have 0-0 scoreline at the time of the final hooter. Mansoor Ahmad of the J&K Police team was declared as footballer of the match for his best performance.
