Srinagar: Jammu and Kashmir Liberation Front (JKLF) chairperson, Muhammad Yasin Malik, on Monday was admitted in Fortis hospital at Vasant Kunj Delhi.
Yasin Malik had fallen ill in the month of February 2016 while he was in central jail Srinagar. He was then admitted in a private hospital in Srinagar where doctors diagnosed him with high infection and putted him on high antibiotics for 45 days, a JKLF spokesperson said this afternoon.
Malik has also been losing weight, feeling tired from last some months and doctors termed it as worrisome and advised him to go through some medical examinations as soon as possible. As majority of these examinations were possible only in Delhi only, Yasin sahib had gone to Delhi on 26th April 2016 and was admitted in hospital. However, he had to return back on the same day as JKLF ideologue Jenab Aman Ullah Khan Sahib died in Rawalpindi. Today, early morning Yasin Sahib reached Delhi and straight-away went to Hospital where he has been admitted now. A Panel of doctors is examining his health and he is going through a series of medical tests from today morning, the spokesperson added. (CNS)
