This road connects dozens of villages of Doru and Achabal area with the District headquarters Anantnag.
Due to pathetic condition of the road, students and employees face immense hardships to reach their respective destinations.

The problem gets compounded when we have to ferry patients and expecting mothers to Anantnag hospitals.
The passenger vehicles have suffered damages due to bad condition of the roads. Our vehicles have incurred heavy damages due to dilapidated condition of the road, said Aadil Bashir, a Sumo driver. We have time and again apprised the authorities about the condition of this road in Dooru but our requests met with deaf ears, he added.
