The questions in the papers have no relevance with educational qualification or standards it all.”
Allegations of cheating and mass copying have marred the examination conducted by JKSSB, with the Board cancelling the exam at two centers in Jammu following ruckus there.
The JKSSB had conducted examination for various categories of graduate-level posts which were referred by various indenting departments in 2014 and 2015. “It amounts to a fraud against the candidates and there is in necessity to change this system to save the younger generation from the wrath of the ruling clique,” said a student Imran Khan, a resident of Anantnag.
The SSB examination held 25th Dec 2015 for selection to various posts turned into mockery amid mass copying at most of centres in Jammu, Anantnag, Pulwama etc. As per sources, around 1500 job aspirants whose examination centre was at Al Habib institute pulwama, KCEF Payar Pulwama, Dolphin international school Pulwama, Govt degree college Pulwama etc indulging in mass cheating.
Instead of sitting in their allotted seats, the examinees were found squatted in groups in lawns with question paper and OMR answer sheets and writing their papers in consultation with one another answers used mobile phones, Imtiyaz Ahmad, a resident of Anantnag said.
He said that the authorities have failed to exercise their duties properly. This can be well understood from the fact that cases of mass copying have been reported from whole of the state and some pictures got viral on social media also, he said. JKSSB has to postpone the paper they should have informed much prior in advance by publishing it in media.
He said that most of the students from rural areas have to face extra burden of boarding and lodging he added.
Mean while thousands of students of south Kashmir demanding re-examination of said posts and also claimed that higher authorities are playing with our future.
