First movie of Kashmiri Bollywood actor to be released on October 16

MUMBAI: The first movie of Kashmiri Bollywood actor Danish Bhat will be released today. 

The 23-years-old actor from Shurat village of South Kashmir’s Kulgam district is in the lead caste of the comedy movie ‘Ho Gaya Dimag Ka Dahi’ that also stars Kader Khan, Om Puri and Raajpal Yadav.

“I’m excited but a bit nervous about the release of the movie,” Danish said. “I have acted well and I am sure the audience will appreciate my role.”

Danish who has done his schooling from Iqbal Memorial Institute, Brackpora, before signing his first movie he did some modelling assignments with known personalities like Priyanka Chopra, MS Dhoni, Sania Mirza and others. “I was 18 when I arrived in Mumbai. I struggled a lot and it was modelling assignments that helped me to survive in the film city,” he said.

Talking about his first movie that will hit silver screens on Friday October 16, Danish said that the story of Hogaya Dimaagh Ka Dahi is about how a father puts his sons into a situation where they undergo hardships of life, learn about relationships and understands ground reality of life. “It is tailored around the cat and mouse concept, where characters are preying on each other’s life. 

HDKD would take you on a roller-coaster-dialogue ride soaked in out-an-out comedy deals with a plot that is applicable on certain section of the youth who are pampered, spoiled and are not serious about their future life. And for parents, it becomes a challenge to handle such mischievous but talented youth. It’s a story about relationships where life’s mantra can be taught through experiences.”

The film is directed by Fauzia Arshi who has also produced with along with Santosh Bhartiya.
