Jammu: J&K High Court Thursday directed Police Chief to constitute a Special Investigation Team (SIT) to locate a missing boy from Vijaypur Jammu.
Justice Ali Muhammad Magrey of Jammu bench of High Court passed these directions in response to a writ petition filed by Rajesh Sharma whose 12 year old minor son Vishal Sharma went missing on May, 5, 2014 while he was playing with a pet belonging to one of the neighbours Satish Kumar.
After hearing Advocate Sheikh Shakeel Ahmed Justice Ali Mohammad Magrey directed that the Special Investigation Team shall immediately put all the mechanism in operation and make an endeavour to trace out the missing boy. The Court directed the Police to file the status report of SIT by October 29 this month. (CNS)
