SRINAGAR: District Legal Service Authority Anantnag is organizing National Lok Adalat on July 11, 2015 at ADR Centre District Court Complex Anantnag in which cases pertaining to Electricity, Water and Telephone shall be taken up for amicable settlement.
All the Judicial Officers of District Court Anantnag are requested to identify the above mentioned related cases and submit the list of such cases to this office.
The interested persons who intend to put the pending/pre-litigation cases before the proposed Lok Adalat are directed to approach to this office by or before July 05, 2015.
Meanwhile, National Lok Adalat is scheduled to be held in the premise of Sub Judge Court Bijbehara on July 11, 2015 at 10.30 A.M in which Electricity, Water, Telephone cases shall be taken up for amicable settlement.
The litigation and interested persons are informed to contact Chairman Tehsil Legal Service Committee who is also Sub Judge Bijbehara up to July 10, 2015.
The members of Bar Association Bijbehara are also requested to bring to the notice of Chairman Tehsil Legal Services Committee Bijbehara any case which qualifies for reference to National Lok Adalat.
