Ramban DC imposes restrictions on NH1A
RAMBAN, JUNE 29: District Development Commissioner Ramban Farooq Shah Bukhari today imposed restrictions under section 144 of Cr PC for restricting any sort of public interference and gathering on NH1A from Patnitop to Jawahar Tunnel for any kind of protest.
The CRPC has been imposed in view of the ensuing Shree Amaranth Ji Yatra-2015.
It was informed that the restrictions shall not apply to Shab-e-Qadr or Friday prayers and Eid congregations.
The order shall remain effective from 2nd of July, 2015 till the Amaranth Yatra-2015 concludes.
