Srinagar: Jammu and Kashmir state board of school education on Tuesday announced postponement of all examinations scheduled till 4th April in Kashmir Valley and winter zone of Jammu division.
The decision in this regard has been taken at a high level meeting which was convened in wake of incessant rains and looming flood threat in the state, Secretary BOSE, Veena Pandita said.
All exams of 10th class and 12 class practical examinations scheduled on April 1, 2, 3 and 4thshall stand postponed , she said.
The secretary said while examinations scheduled on April 6 and onwards will be held as per schedule while fresh date sheet regarding papers postponed will be announced separately. (GNS)
