Srinagar- ‘Mirchi 98.3 in association with Mission E, a renowned coaching centre in the Valley conducted a month-long scholarship campaign.
During the scholarship campaign, students from the length and breadth of the Valley were counselled about career opportunities and were also entertained via fun interactive sessions with RJ Mehak, RJ Vijdan, and RJ Rafia from Mirchi 98.3, as they visited schools across Kashmir.
“The idea behind the Scholarship 983 campaign is to provide support, guidance, and opportunity to students in the valley amidst an ever-increasing merit and competition. The campaign culminated with the scholarship test conducted at three centres – Kashmir Harvard in Srinagar, Oxford Presentation school in Anantnag, and SRM Welkin in Baramulla,” reads a handout issued to Kashmir Observer.
It further said that the top three performers in the test are all set to avail cash prizes worth Rs. 1, 00, 000, 50, 000, and 25,000, respectively.
Apart from the cash prizes, the top 15 performers in the test will get a free tuition for a year worth 60,000. The test was conducted successfully, amidst all the candidates filled with passion and excitement about the opportunity. The result and the list of winners will be announced soon.’
