Srinagar- The High Court of J&K and Ladakh on Thursday announced a summer vacation commencing from the 10th of this month till June 29.
An order copy reads, “It is hereby notified that the Hon’ble High Court of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh will observe the Summer Vacations with effect from 10th June, 2024 to 29th June, 2024 (both days inclusive). The period commencing from 10th to 15th June, 2024 shall be No Work Period for the Hon’ble High Court.”
The High Court of J&K and Ladakh has nominated two judges each for its Jammu wing and Srinagar wing to hear all matters of urgent nature for the period mentioned against their names.
At the Jammu Wing, Justice Rahul Bharti and Justice Mohd. Yousuf Wani will look after the matters from 17th to 22th June and 24th to 29th June, respectively.
Meanwhile, Justice Moksha Khajuria Kazmi and Justice Wasim Sadiq Nargal have been tasked to supervise the matters from 17th to 22th June and 24th to 29th June, respectively, at Srinagar Wing.
