SRINAGAR– In the lone Round 18 match of the 2023 Srinagar Premier League on Thursday, AG’s Office XI took on Jhelum FC at Bakshi Stadium here.
The game got off to a tough start for the departmental team led by midfield stalwart Shahnawaz Bashir, as AG’s Office failed to get the better off their lower ranked opponent in the first half. However, the team bounced back in style in the second half.
Adil opened the scoring for AG’s Office in the 53rd minute, before Waseem made it 2-0 in 58th. Waseem got his second in 61st minute and his hat trick in the 77th minute. Amanjot scored the other goal of the game in 66th minute, as AG’s Office XI romped to a 5-0 win over Jhelum FC.
