Srinagar- A man died on Friday after falling off a walnut tree in the Sonawari area of North Kashmir’s Bandipora district.
35-year-old Ali Mohammad Waloo had climbed a walnut tree in his native Nowgam village of Sonawari on Friday when he lost balance and fell down on the ground, reports said.
Waloo, sustained serious injuries due to the fall. He was removed to the Community Health Centre (CHC) Sumbal for treatment. However, the doctors there declared him dead.
Meanwhile, Police have taken cognizance of the incident.
