Srinagar- A soldier died under mysterious circumstances at an army camp in Domana area in the outskirts of Jammu city on Wednesday.
31-year-old Naik Jaswant Singh collapsed on the ground while performing his duty at a camp in Raipur village of Domana, reports said. A resident of Patiala city in Punjab, the soldier was removed to the Government Medical College (GMC) Jammu in an unconscious state.

However, the doctors there declared him dead. Heart attack is suspected to have caused Singh’s instant death.
Meanwhile, police have started proceedings under Section 174 CrPc in this regard.
