Srinagar- Kashmir Valley’s first ever multiplex is all set to be unveiled in the high-security zone Sonwar area of this capital city on September 20.

Jammu and Kashmir Lieutenant Governor, Manoj Sinha will inaugurate the multiplex designed by INOX on Tuesday at 11:00 am.

Vijay Dhar, a prominent Kashmiri Pandit businessman and the brainchild behind the project, had started construction work on the multiplex at Shivpora near Badami Bagh Cantonment, around two years ago.

Dhar also runs Delhi Public School (DPS) Srinagar, a prominent school in the city. His sons Vikas and Vishal worked keenly at the project, first of its kind in the Valley.

Dhars also plan special screening of Amir Khan starrer Laal Singh Chaddha on the inauguration of the multiplex.
