Srinagar- The Ministry of Home Affairs on Wednesday ordered transfer of six Indian Administrative Service (IAS) and Indian Police Service (IPS) officers of AGMUT cadre to Jammu & Kashmir with immediate effect.
Among those transferred to J&K, four are IAS and two IPS officers, the order issued by the Under Secretary to the Government of India, Rakesh Kumar reads.
According to the order, Devansh Yadav, Ayushi Sudan and Minga Sherpa, all three IAS officers of AGMUT cadre, have been transferred to J&K from Arunachal Pradesh while Rashmi Singh has been transferred from New Delhi.
Besides them, two IPS officers Umesh Kumar and Sanjeev Kumar Yadav have been transferred to J&K from Delhi.
