Hosted by Mohammedan Sporting, Heroes to participate in training camp
SRINAGAR- Downtown Heroes Football Club (DHFC) on Saturday reached Kolkata, West Bengal to participate in a national level training session to be held there.
The Heroes were given a rousing welcome at the Mohammedan Sports Club by its senior officials. The Srinagar- based football club is scheduled to rub shoulders with some international level footballers and coaches, in which many other football teams of the country are scheduled to join them.
The tour is part of Downtown Heroes’ first maiden national participation programme, aimed to enhance the team’s playing skills. Pertinent to mention the players and the coaches travelled to Assam last week and played many matches there in a national football tournament.
