SRINAGAR A gunfight between militants and government forces is underway at Panzan area of Chadoora in Central Kashmirs Budgam district.
Official sources said that gunfight erupted at Panzan area of Chadoora when a joint team of SOG and army laid a siege in the area early Thursday morning
SSP Budgam, Tejinder Singh confirmed the the gunfight and said that the operation was launched after specific information about the presence of some militants in the area.
As per sources the militants are hiding in Jamia Masjid.
