SrinagarTourism Department is organizing the Musical concert by Adnan Sami on October 07, 2017 at SKICC, , wherein the participation of a large number of people including senior Government functionaries is expected.
In view of above, Traffic Police City Srinagar has made elaborate traffic police arrangements enroute from Ram Munshibagh, Badyari Chowk up to Pandach, Nigeen via Fore Shore Road to avoid the problem of the traffic jam. The following diversions will remain in force on October 07, 2017 from 04.00 PM upto the conclusion of the event:-
All types of vehicles except invitees shall be diverted at Ram Munshi-Bagh towards Dalgate.
All sort of vehicular movement except tourist vehicles shall be diverted at Badyari Chowk towards Khanyar to reach to their destinations. The tourist vehicles/residents shall only be allowed to ply upto Nehru Park only.
No vehicle except invitees shall be allowed to move from Grand Lalit Boulevard Road towards SKICC.
All the passenger / LMV vehicles shall be diverted at Nishat via Foreshore Road towards Hazratbal.
All type of vehicles coming from Zakoora-Pandach and Hazratbal shall adopt Rainawari towards Lal Chowk.
The vehicles going towards Duck Park, Shalimar Crossing and Tailbal Crossing and its adjacent areas shall be allowed to ply towards Nishat via Foreshore Road.
All the residents of Shalimar, Nishat, Harwan and its adjacent areas are requested to adopt Badyari Chowk, Rainawari, Hazratbal, Foreshore route and avoid travelling after 04.00 PM on October 07, 2017 till the conclusion of the event and in case of emergency they may contact on the following Nos: SSP Traffic City Srinagar-0194-2455179, Addl.
