Kashmir Harvard School organises annual race

SRINAGAR: Kashmir Harvard School Habak Naseem Bagh Saturday organized its annual cross-country run for girls, a statement from the organisers said.

The run was flagged off at Shalimar Ghat by School Principal Irfana with Bagh-e-Shagufa,Nigeen being its finishing line. The race saw girl students from class 5th to 10th participated in large numbers.

Chairman of Kashmir Harvard Tariq Baktoo in his vote of thanks applauded the role of police department, traffic police department, parents, students, teaching and non teaching faculty of Kashmir Harvard in making the event successful.

“We held cross-country run separately first time for the girls and in it large number of girls participated. Its success has encouraged us to organize similar events for girls in future as well,” he said.
