Today 25 light vehicles, carrying essential commodities, were allowed to ply on Srinagar-Leh national highway, they said.

A vehicle carrying an ill patient was also allowed to ply from Drass side, they said. The vehicles had to pass through six to eight feet of snow wall on both sides, they said.
