Miscreants misusing cyber space held

Srinagar: Jammu and Kashmir police arrested miscreants misusing cyber space, a police spokesman said here this afternoon.

He said following reports that some miscreants are misusing the cyber space,  police  across Kashmir has activated its technical cells to monitor their activities on  social media.

It was reported and found that some videos and posts were uploaded and shared to harm the repute of some  professionals and officers. 

Police Station Pantha Chowk, Zakoora and Police Post Chanapora has arrested some miscreants who threatened these professionals and government functionaries through  their posts and uploads.

Further investigation is going on in this regard, he said.
