SRINAGAR : Villagers of Rangward area of Lolab in North Kashmir found a wild leopard cub this morning. The cub was captured alive by the team of Wild Life Department in Kupwara district.
According to reports, Wildlife Kupwara, the leopard cub strayed into village, apparently in search of food, which created panic among the villagers who informed the wildlife department.
The wild cat was kept under observation, and later was released in a nearest forest in upper reaches of wildlife subdivision.
