‘Indo-Pak relations can’t improve unless Kashmir is resolved’

NEW DELHI:Pakistan's High Commissioner to India Abdul Basit has said relations between Pakistan and India cannot improve unless Kashmir issue is resolved.

 

In an interview, he said, "Kashmir dispute is fundamental issue between the two countries and efforts to resolve this issue unfortunately could not succeed in the past," Radio Pakistan reported.

 

'' Pakistan has always welcomed mediation offers and expressed its readiness to find a way for resolution of Kashmir dispute," Basit was a quoted as saying in the report .
