SRINAGAR: A Lok Adalat pertaining to MACT cases were organised today at premises of District Court Complex Sannat Ghar Bemina Sgr under the chairmanship of Mr. Rasheed Ali Dar (Principal District and Sessions Judge) Chairman District Legal Services Authority, Srinagar.
The Lok Adalat Bench was presided over by Mr. Mohammad Yousuf Wani, presiding Officer, MACT Srinagar and Mr. Abdul Bari, Additional Special Mobile Magistrate (Traffic) Sgr 30 cases were taken up, out of which 11 cases were settled amicably and an amount of Rs. 31, 6200 was awarded as compensation.
