UDHAMPUR: An educational tour under OPERATION SADBHAVANA comprising 18 Girl students and two lady teachers from remote village of Darchiks near Batalik under the aegis of Tiger Hill Brigade of 8 Mountain Division was flagged off by Commander Tiger Hill Brigade at a ceremony held in Brigade complex.
The 11-day tour aims to expose the young girl students of the village Darchiks (One of the four ARYAN village in the entire nation) to the rich and diverse cultural heritage, economic growth and secular nature of our country.
The children will get an opportunity to visit places of cultural, educational, economic and historical interest in the cities of Srinagar, Jammu, Dharamshala and Chandigarh.
