SRINAGAR: Dukhtaran-e-Millat (DeM) president Aasiyeh Andrabi and her close associate and personal secretary Fehmeeda Sofi were today released in an open court after she got bail. Dukhtaran-e-Millat has expressed joy over her release and said, the puppet government had no option but to release the leader as her detention was illegal and unjustified.
The party said that the leader has gone weak and her health has further deteriorated in police custody and she will undergo treatment and then resume her activities.
In a statement, a party spokesperson said, we are happy to see our leader released and we thank Allah for this.
