SRINAGAR: Chief Minister, Mufti Mohammad Sayeed, has expressed deep sorrow over the sad demise of Smt. Suvra Mukherjee, wife of the President of India, Pranab Mukherjee.
The First Lady, who had been ill for some time, passed away Tuesday morning.
Saeed described Smt. Suvra Mukherjee as a creative artist, writer and painter, who lived a very active life and contributed immensely towards promotion of art and literature.
