SRINAGAR L. C. Goyal, Union Home Secretary, called on the Chief Minister, Mufti Mohammad Sayeed, here this afternoon.
During their meeting, the Chief Minister and Goyal deliberated upon various important issues relating to law-and-order and overall security scenario in the State.
Mufti Sayeed also discussed with the Union Home Secretary the issue of making cross-LoC trade and travel more vibrant by providing banking and telecom facilities to businessmen as well as broadening the scope of people-to-people contact beyond the divided families.
