Srinagar: One hundred eighty three youth from the J&K were inducted into the Indian Army on Friday at J&K Light Infantry Regimental Centre in Srinagar. Singing their Regimental Song, the young soldiers took the oath to devote their lives to protect India from all odds. These Young Soldiers called themselves singularly privileged to join this illustrious regiment which is the only one in the entire Indian Army to have been raised by the brave & patriotic sons of this glorious state in 1947-48
