We want to know what happened to their report. Whether the report was changed or the officials have sanctioned amount to flood hit locality on the basis of political affiliations, they added.
The delegation said that, a worst hit victim lost everything to floods. His residential
house was severely damaged. We were shocked to see that he was provided cheque of Rs 3800 while some families who lost nothing were provided Rs 12000. They also said that he has been making false promises and nothing else about relief. We will wait for few days to see if anything changes. Otherwise we will take action against the accused Tehsildar Bijbehara, DC Anantnag, Tassaduq Jeelani told protesters.
