SRINAGAR: A meeting of the Committee on Public Accounts (PAC) of Jammu and Kashmir, Legislative Assembly was held under the chairmanship of MLA Advocate Abdul Haq here Monday.
Threadbare discussion was held on various issues and it was decided that the Committee will examine the audit paras of revenue department on June 16, Power Development Department on June 23 and Public Health Engineering on June 30.
Legislators, Jehangir Hussain Mir, Dr. Shahnaz Ganai, Rafi Ahmad Mir, Peerzada Mansoor Hussain, Ashok Kumar and Rachpal Singh attended the meeting and gave their valuable suggestions to make functioning of the Committee more result oriented.
Among others, Secretary Assembly M. Ramzan, Special Secretary Assembly Mulkh Raj Singh besides senior officers of Assembly Secretariat were present in the meeting.
