According to a statement, “We have reports of few more children getting disappeared from Downtown Srinagar and other parts of the valley. Police has failed to check the ever rising crime rate .We all know about Mehran Latief Mir a three-year-old kid who left home to buy candies from a nearby shop never to return. Six years on, theres no breakthrough except that after state police, the Central Bureau of Investigation(CBI) seems to have failed to crack the case. Was the kid killed, abducted, or vanished in thin air, the government all have virtually been clueless in all these years.
