Er Rashid visits Muzaffarnagar relief camps

Srinagar: Awami Ittihaad Party (AIP) president and MLA Er. Rashid has  expressed deep concern over the condition of people in relief camps in Muazaffarnagar in Uttar Pradesh.

According to AIP spokesman, accompanying Er Rashid in the relief camps were President Shriomani Akali Dal Amritsar and former MP Simranjeet Singh Mann plus many social activists from Punjab and UP.

The MLA Langate has expressed sorrow over how the state government in UP has mismanaged the riot hit victims. He added, “BJP instigated the riots, Samajwadi Party exploited it and Congress has remained a mute spectator".

He said, “Rather bickering over petty issues and the blame game, Center should intervene immediately given the condition at the relief camps. He added, “It is sad to see people suffering and if all these parties believe that LeT is recruiting the victims then these victims should be rehabilitated immediately to stop the recruitment.
