Injured shopkeeper succumbs

SRINAGAR:  Shopkeeper, Ghulam Mohammad, who was injured in a firing incident at Chadoora Bazar a few days before succumbed to his injuries in a hospital today.

Unknown militants attacked a police party last Monday in which Station House Officer Shabir Ahmad was killed and three persons, including two policemen were injured.

Among the injured 65 year old shopkeeper Ghulam Muhammad, son of Muhammad Ramzan a resident of Chadoora succumbed to his injuries at SKIMS, Soura, Srinagar.
