KARGIL: A big protest rally was taken out here following afternoon prayers against the terrorist attack on the holy shrine of granddaughter of Prophet Muhammad (P.B.U.H), Hazrat Zainab (s.a) in Syrian capital and desecration of Holy Quran and killing of protesters by BSF personnel in Gool area of Ramban,
Thousands of people participated in the protest rally which was organized by the Anjuman Jamiat-e-Ulema Madrasa Isna Ashriya (Islamia School) Kargil.
The protest rally started from Islamia School and passed through main bazar and culminated at Islamia School Chowk. People in the protest rally were shouting slogans against the culprits and demanding their immediate arrest.
While Condemning the terrorist attack on the holy shrine of Hazrat Zainab (s.a.) in the Syrian capital, Youth Wing leader Murtaza Khalili said mortar shells hit the holy shrine of Hazrat Zainab (s.a.) in the suburbs of the Syrian capital. The shells were fired by the foreign-backed insurgents operating inside Syria.
He called on international circles, particularly Islamic bodies, to fulfill their responsibility toward safeguarding Islamic sanctities and do their best to prevent crimes against humanity, which run counter to international and Islamic regulations.
He also condemned the desecration of Holy Quran, the Masjid and killing of 4 Innocent people in Gool area of Ramban District by security forces.
He stressed on the State Govt. to take action against the culprits of BSF. Shiekh Nazir, Shiekh Ali Elmi and Naib Imam Jumma Shiekh Hussain Moqdas also spoke during the protest rally.
