SRINAGAR: Inspector General of Police, Traffic in his communiqué stated that on 30.01.2013 tomorrow, subject to fair weather conditions and good condition of road all kinds of vehicles would be allowed to travel from Jammu side towards Kashmir in a regulated manner.
