KUPWARA – The National Rural Health Mission (NRHM), Kupwara today conducted a rally on Save Girl Child, the Deputy Commissioner Kupwara and Chief Medical Officer jointly flagged off the rally of ANMT School, Kupwara.
The trainees from ANMT School participated in the rally with holding of placard and banners in their hands depicting save the girl child, if son is candle of one home, daughter lights two homes, save girl child save the nation and bring happiness.
The rally headed by CMO, Deputy Commissioner and Principal ANMT School went round the markets to aware the passersby about the saving of a girl child as girl is important for society.
