Srinagar – For financial assistance to voluntary organizations engaged in propagation and use of Hindi and other languages specified in Eighth schedule in the field of Law, Government of India, Ministry of Law and Justice has fixed October 25, 2012 as the last date for receipt of applications from voluntary organizations working in the field of law for promotion of official languages of the Union and the States.
The application form and details of the scheme are available on the websitewww.lawmin.nic.in/oIwing.
The voluntary organizations who had applied for financial assistance in the year 2011-12 need not apply for the current financial year.
