Srinagar – A 25 years old lady (name with held) resident of Patna Bihar has hanged to herself in a rented room at Dar Mohalla Rawalpora, Budgam, in the jurisdiction of Police Post Humhama, Budgam. Police inquest proceedings under section 174 CrPC have been intiated in this regard. A case has been registered in this regard.
